Accenture providing THRIVE O-course to 55,000+ employees

Accenture's Chief Human Resources Officer, Ellyn Shook, wrote a blog about Accenture's commitment to increasing the company's global support for developing female talent through offering Arianna’s Huffington's online THRIVE O-course, in collaboration with the Oprah Winfrey Network to 55,000+ employees at Accenture, with plans to broaden our audience after the initial session.

"It is a gift to our people to help them achieve greater balance, fulfilment and success in all aspects of their lives," says Ellyn.

"Our path began last year when we invited Arianna Huffington to speak at our International Women's Day event. Impressed with her book Thrive and her message of redefining success and well-being, we are proud to offer Arianna's online THRIVE O-course ... It is a gift to our people to help them achieve greater balance, fulfillment and success in all aspects of their lives. While Accenture's vision is to change the way the world works and lives, we are mindful that we can achieve that only if we improve the way our people work and live. THRIVE is an important step in our journey."

So maybe by now, you're thinking that Accenture sounds like a pretty cool place to work right? So they're always recruiting, so why not take a look at their wide range of exciting roles and see where you might fit.
