Your Career. Your Point of Difference
From time to time, the ASX encourages interns to apply for experience within their organisation via their internship program.
In order to be accepted for an internship at the ASX, you need to be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident legally entitled to accept permanent employment.
The ASX Summer Internship program is an exciting 11 week program which commences from December to February, so you need to make sure that you're available for this period.
During application, the ASX likes to learn how you may have heard about the ASX Internship Program, your academic details, what university you're attending, the name of your degree, your discipline and any majors. They also ask what year you expect to complete your study.
They also ask whether you've undertaken any industry placements, cadetships, other internships or any formal work experience - and ask you to provide details of any such experience.
Why do you want to work for ASX?
The ASX asks internship applicants why do you want to work for ASX? They also ask you to list your involvement in any sporting or other group/associations, notable achievements/awards, outside interests/hobbies, overseas travel/work etc.
They request that you email in a copy of your current CV resume and also a copy of your academic transcripts.
