The nbnGraduate Program is a tailored, two-year rotation based program. Their aim is to inspire graduates with exposure to a range of stimulating and varied roles across a number of business areas within nbn.

As a graduate at nbn, you will have the opportunity to develop a varied skillset, work alongside professionals in a dynamic and national company and become their next generation of future leaders and innovators.

nbn's Graduate Program aims to support you along your journey- even after you complete the program. You will be assigned a mentor to support your ongoing development; you will participate in numerous purpose built workshops and most importantly you will learn and have fun.

Throughout the two year program you contribute to four separate (six-monthly rotations) business units that matches your area of study or interest. This allows you to gain exposure to various areas of the business and provides an opportunity for you to network, get a deeper understanding of nbn and help make a difference for all Australians.
