Nicole Scott is a Yates Technology Manager at Duluxgroup

She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and started her working career as an analyst in an Environmental Laboratory testing soils and waters for heavy metals, pesticides and nutrients. It was during that time that Nicole found her passion for compliance and then moved to a company that manufactured Veterinary pharmaceuticals in the role of Quality Assurance Officer. This role lead her to Yates as the Quality Assurance Manager evolving into a role as Selleys Yates Operations Support Manager following the integration of the Selleys and Yates business units. Nicole then moved into the Yates Technology Manager position.

Amelia Lutz is a Brand Manager for DuluxGroup's Cabot's

 Amelia originally joined DuluxGroup on a part time basis in the Cabot's business while finishing her last semester at the University of Melbourne. This proved to be a fantastic entry into the marketing function and hardware industry. As part of the DuluxGroup Graduate program, AmeliaI moved throughout the Dulux Retail Marketing team before working for the Dulux New Zealand business as the Dulux Trade Brand Manager.

It was a fantastic opportunity to experience a new country with very different market dynamics. Amelia then returned to Australia into the Brand Manager for Cabot's role.
