Yi Fang, Chua is a Senior Manager in Cyber Security at EY Australia. Her interest lies in all things "women and Cyber Security and Technology".

She has also helped build new services and capability for the organization around Advanced Analytics (i.e. Data Science) for Cyber Security.
A leader in cyber security
Yi Fang finds EY to be a very values-oriented employer that always maintains a strong people-oriented environment. EY's leadership in technical security and the cyber arena are exceptional and this impresses Yi Fang. "EY Australia is very strong in the technical security space, especially with our Global network Advanced Security Centre," she explains. "We're also increasing our market share in services around Enterprise Security Architecture and the Identity & Access Management implementation space beyond the controls and security reviews that we're already well known for in the market."
Yi Fang has thrived in the opportunities that the organisation has offered her. "I joined as a graduate in 2008 and since then I've been privileged to have been given many opportunities to take on various roles from sales and marketing, to practice development, through to various technology risk projects for major clients in the Asia-Pacific region. I then moved into Cyber Security team with the Financial Services Office practice in Melbourne in 2014."
Lots of great career support
Working with teams and Partners who've been very supportive in terms of career development, Yi Fang says her career experience in terms of the exciting change and movements between roles and countries has been both challenging and rewarding.
Being a very honest, driven and responsible women, Yi Fang believes that the culture fits well with her own belief systems. She encourages other women working in similar industry roles, or who might be considering EY Australia as a potential future employer to strongly consider it.
"Consulting and especially Cyber Security have been viewed as more male-dominated professions," states Yi Fang. "But there are various domains and roles within Cyber Security and Consulting where I see women truly excel. It’s a dynamic industry and space so I encourage anyone who enjoys constant learning and development coupled with exciting fast-paced projects to have a conversation with us.”
