As Director of nbn™ Products, Lincoln Jurd’s role is to make sure nbn's Customer Centres are the world’s best. Ultimately, this team which manages fault tickets, phone calls, email, Twitter and Facebook, are the voice of nbn™ for customers.

Lincoln is aware diversity and inclusion are key to creating success within nbn™, not only in the call centres but across all areas of the business.

People are vital to the company’s success, and so nbn™ is building teams from a wide range of industry sectors including financial, banking, legal, utilities and the public sector. All employees are encouraged to continually develop skills and experience through nbn’s extensive training programs.

To ensure diversity of thought across the business, nbn has a number of initiatives in place to support the Gender Equity of their organisation.

This includes the Women’s Development Network (WDN), which is designed to inspire and support women to succeed at nbn™. The WDN recognises the need for both women and men to learn from each other and foster personal and professional growth by creating a culture of respect, acceptance and inclusion.
