The Male Champions of Change are leaders of large Australian organisations committed to driving cultural change to increase the number of women in decision making roles. They commissioned the development of a practical resource to assist organisations identify what works. In addition, ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Diversity Recommendations require listed companies to report annually, on an “if not, why not” basis on their diversity policies, assessment of measurable gender diversity objectives and progress towards achieving these, the proportion of women employees in the organisation, senior executive positions and on the board.
