U.G.L.Y. Bartender of the Year is the Leukaemia Foundation's fun and funky fundraising competition in the Australian Hospitality Industry.Previous years have seen nearly 1,200 bartenders and venues around Australia participate, and have raised an astonishing $1.3 million to enable the Leukaemia Foundation help people with blood cancer.

Managing Director Joe Thorp advocates for the economic advancement of women and has demonstrated his suport through being a judge for the Telstra Business Women's Awards.
