Executive Assistant, 12 month contract with view to permanent

You will provide an exceptionally high level of administrative support to leading Partners & Directors, build an intimate understanding of their business that will enable the delivery of business goals.

About you

In this role you will:
Support PEDDs and on key processes such as account and revenue planning, client roadshows, and other major events across Asia
The ability to quickly understand the PEDDs’ key clients and stakeholders, build strong relationships with key client EAs to help secure time in client calendars, and to also help prioritise time across their various internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead and mentor junior EAs
Organise and comprehensively manage diaries, arrange complex meetings, and organise extensive international travel and accommodation, whilst understanding the various regions and time-zones. Proven ability to build fruitful relationships with Internal and External EAs and Clients
Provide in-box management as required to screen emails, respond, and otherwise action on behalf of PEDDs
Oversee all aspects of events, including agendas, logistics related to venue bookings, pre-reads, and personal requests – liaising with both clients and internal parties
Take ownership of relevant documentation including presentations, emails, agendas and papers for meetings with minimal input from the Partners
Manage matters of a confidential nature
Be proficient in Customer Relationship Management to effectively support and track progress of opportunities and produce meaningful information to PEDDs.
We’re looking for candidates with the following experience and attributes:
A highly confident individual with strong experience in dealing with senior leadership and external stakeholders at C-Suite level
You will need to be bold and agile and have the ability to adopt quickly to a fast paced environment that is constantly evolving and changing
Positive energy, drive and enthusiasm for new opportunities and learning experiences
Trustworthy, with experience in managing confidential and sensitive information using discretion and good judgement at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
High level attention to detail and consistency of output
Ability to understand professional pressures and remain resilient under these circumstances
Highly proficient across the whole MS suite, inclusive of Excel and PowerPoint
This role would suit an experienced Intermediate EA with 5 years + experience.
