Project Manager, Fibre Interlock

Your role in the future:
As the Project Manager for Fibre Interlock, you will be accountable for the delivery of all fibre projects in accordance with the agreed HFC Capacity program which primarily encompasses node splits.
You will be the working interface between the fibre delivery teams and the node split delivery teams, ensuring on time delivery of these components including program alignment, critical path analysis and management of changes to these work packages according to agreed requirements of the overall node split program.
You can contribute to:
On time delivery of fibre projects in accordance with monthly, quarterly and annual targets
The delivery of exchange Site Make Ready (SMR) works in accordance with program targets and so fibre build program is not disturbed
Ensuring the alignment of internal delivery teams’ plans and external delivery partner plans with node split program plan
Making complex and dynamic decisions in real time on priorities between projects
Putting in place mitigation strategies and enacting mitigation actions should delays be experienced
Ensuring accurate, regular status reporting of all deliverables as well as clear identification of risks and issues.
Working with delivery teams to improve P6 reporting and lessen requirements on manual reports
Managing program baseline changes through a Change Management process for all fibre delivery projects

A bit about you:
You will be extensive experience in end-to-end management of complicated projects and/or network rollouts, preferably in the telecoms industry along with a solid understanding of wireless and transmission technologies.
You will be able to demonstrate your stakeholder management and relationship building skills with a proven track record of successful vendor management in a multi-vendor, multi-discipline project environment as well as the management of a large number of internal and external stakeholders working across multiple disciplines and with various deliverables.
You will need to have strong problem resolution skills and the ability to adapt, change and mitigate issues as they arise.
