SNSW Grade 8 – The Package includes a base salary range of $94,808 - $101,738, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Primary purpose of the role
The Implementation Analyst supports the Contact Centre Performance & Improvement Manager by providing analysis to deliver new rapid business deployments, campaigns and improvements to Service NSW and other agency clients.
The Implementation Analyst has responsibility for undertaking analysis and developing change activities and plans which will deliver new rapid business initiatives, campaigns and improvements to the organisation and other relevant agency stakeholders. Specifically:
Employ methodologies to analyse, scope and test against business requirements
Undertake analysis of business changes in order to assess the impact of change in the contact centre
Tailor implementation plans that considers all change impacts
Work closely with other members of the Team to understand and incorporate improvements, new business initiatives and new technologies on to the Contact Centre
Analyse opportunities identified by in-house improvement methodologies
Complete required administration and documentation to document projects successfully.
Experience conducting analysis and implementation of changes or new initiatives within contact centre environments
Demonstrated experience using project or implementation methodologies
Demonstrated experience in deploying or improving contact centre software, systems or processes.
