Public Works Advisory, North Coast Region is looking to appoint three Regional Projects Coordinator / Procurement Advisors located in Coffs Harbour. Reporting to the Regional Director and part of the regional management team, this career opportunity will see you managing and leading a team that delivers professional project management services on a commercial basis, ensuring consistent, quality client service and project/program delivery performance in relation to achieving project quality, cost, safety, environment and other client critical success factors. You will assist clients by providing advice to optimise their asset solutions, lead project planning on complex strategic projects, and procure infrastructure services from the private sector meeting the highest probity standards.
The roles include developing project delivery options including procurement strategies and contract administration services and advice in line with NSW government procurement guidelines.
This job is for you if you excel in being a trusted and valued advisor to clients. You are a highly regarded Project Manager, who has successfully managed and delivered large complex infrastructure projects in construction, collaborating with clients to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
You will also have demonstrated in depth experience in the procurement of major and minor infrastructure capital works programmes, in construction, engineering or architecture.
